Elysia Rodriguez serves as a Tribal Attorney for the Ho-Chunk Nation's Department of Justice, focusing on the Child Support Agency since December 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Attorney/Law Clerk and LTE Tribal Attorney at Strategic Legal Solutions, as well as an Assistant Coordinator for the Pre College Leadership Program at Michigan State University. Elysia has held various legal internships, notably with the Department of the Interior and Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, and has experience as a Research Assistant and Youth Specialist. Elysia holds a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law, a Master of Liberal Arts in Women's Studies, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
