Jaclyn Le is an experienced development specialist with a strong background in patient services and administrative roles. Currently employed at HOAG Hospital Foundation since July 2019, Jaclyn has previously worked as an administrative assistant with the same organization and held the position of front office assistant at Hoag Hospital from July 2016 to November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a patient service representative at Fountain Valley Surgery Center and a front office receptionist/patient liaison at J. Timothy Katzen, M.D. Jaclyn has a solid foundation in customer service, having worked in retail sales and customer service roles at T-Mobile, Fry's Electronics, and Tom’s Country Store. Educated in surgical technology at Southeast ROP and holding a high school diploma from Prince Edward High School, Jaclyn is committed to providing exceptional service in healthcare and customer-facing environments.
