Allyson Brooks

Allyson Brooks serves as the Ginny Ueberroth Endowed Chair and Executive Medical Director at Hoag Hospital’s Women’s Health Institute since October 2006, focusing on the development and enhancement of comprehensive services for women throughout various life stages. With a previous tenure as Chief Quality Officer and a physician member of the Hoag Board of Directors, Allyson brings extensive expertise in quality, safety, and performance improvement. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Certified OB/Gyn with Pacific Women's Healthcare Associates from August 1993 to December 2014. Allyson's educational background includes an MD from UC Irvine California College of Medicine, an OB/Gyn residency at UC Irvine, and a B.S. in Biology from Stanford University, complemented by quality improvement training and a GE Fellowship in health management.
