Charlie Houck

Charlie Houck has a diverse work experience in the technology and data services field. Charlie currently serves as the Senior Director of Technology and Data Services at Hoag Hospital since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Development Operations at the hospital from March 2017 to July 2022, where they were responsible for managing a prospect management and research program. Before joining Hoag Hospital, Charlie was the Development Operations Manager at the hospital from June 2016 to February 2017, where they oversaw technology solutions and data management for the Foundation.

Earlier in their career, Charlie worked at McCallum Theatre as an IT Support Specialist from January 2011 to May 2016. In this role, they managed all in-house IT and provided support for hardware and software troubleshooting. Charlie was also responsible for purchasing hardware and software for the staff.

Charlie also has prior experience at Blackbaud, where they worked as a Customer Support Analyst for their Patron Edge and Raiser's Edge products from 2005 to 2009.

Overall, Charlie has a strong background in technology and data management, with extensive experience in healthcare and nonprofit sectors.

Charlie Houck earned a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Charleston from 2001 to 2005. Charlie also obtained a certification in bCRE from Blackbaud in 2017.
