Matt McPherson

Matt McPherson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Matt started their career at Vans as a Lead Associate, where they were responsible for sales, cashier duties, and merchandising. Matt also managed the stockroom. Matt then worked as a Recreation Leader at the City of Anaheim, coaching various sports and working closely with parents and staff. After that, they joined the law office of Wall McCormick Baroldi Green & Dugan as a Records Management Specialist, overseeing all aspects of document management. Matt'smost recent and current position is at Hoag Hospital, where they have held multiple roles over the years. Matt started as an Admissions Representative and gradually moved up to become a Patient Access Lead, Supervisor, Manager, and currently, the Patient Access Director. In these roles, they have led teams, managed registration operations, and ensured superior patient experience. Matt's experience showcases their ability to adapt to different environments and successfully take on increasing responsibilities.

Matt McPherson obtained an AA in Sociology and Psychology from Fullerton College from 2006 to 2010. Matt then pursued a B.A. degree in Sociology and Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, completing it from 2010 to 2012.
