Kelly Taylor is a seasoned project manager with 23 years of experience in overseeing all phases of construction. Currently employed at Hoar Construction since August 2013, Kelly has honed skills in project setup during preconstruction, including budget management, document control, and collaboration with owners and architects using various information exchange platforms. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Construction for Florida at Kimco Realty Corporation from October 2022 to August 2023, and project management positions at KBR Building Group and Suitt Construction Co. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Growth Management from Rollins College, graduating magna cum laude, and an Associate of Arts in Ornamental Horticulture from Valencia College.
