Rob Mooney

Rob Mooney is an accomplished business development director at Hoar Construction, where strategic leadership contributes to the company’s mission of building better and enhancing community impact. In addition to this role, Rob serves on the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Washington, DC, helping support families with sick children. Previous experience includes significant positions such as Chief Operating Officer at HDC, Chief Marketing Officer at Triad Engineering, and Technical Marketing Director at In-Situ Inc. Rob has also held advisory roles at George Mason University's School of Business and on the board of directors for Tysons Partnership Inc. and Sutron Corporation. Rob Mooney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biochemistry from Binghamton University.
