Carlos Andres Sierra

Carlos Andres Sierra is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in power system design and installation. Currently serving as Principal Electrical Engineer at Hoare Lea since January 2018, Carlos has progressed through various roles including Senior Electrical Engineer and Graduate Electrical Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Project and Design Engineer at Empower Energy Ltd. where expertise in PV system energy modeling tools was developed. Additional roles include PV Designer System at FHSolar&Led and research assistant at Universidad El Bosque, where skills in EEG design and electronic machine testing were honed. Carlos holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy and Sustainability from Wrexham University and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad El Bosque.
