Emma Flintham

Emma Flintham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organisational development and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Behavioural and Cultural Change at Hoare Lea since January 2024, Emma has been involved with the UK Civil Service since April 2008 in various capacities, including roles in HR and organisational development. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Deloitte's Leadership sector from January 2022 to January 2024. Emma's academic credentials feature a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from Durham University, a Master of Science in Executive Coaching, and postgraduate degrees in Executive Coaching and Organisational Change from Hult Ashridge Executive Education, alongside a postgraduate qualification in Russian from the University of Strathclyde.
