Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in public health and fire protection within the building services sector. Currently serving as Associate Director and Technical Expert at Hoare Lea since June 2022, Stephen has also held the role of Senior Associate in the same specialty. In addition to contributions at Hoare Lea, Stephen serves on the Technical Committee for CIBSE UAE. Previous positions include Head of Public Health & Fire Protection for Ramboll and various roles at Hoare Lea, WSP, Arup, and Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick, showcasing a progressive career trajectory from MEP CAD Engineer to Associate Director. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons in Building Services Engineering from the University of South Wales, alongside relevant qualifications from Bridgend College and the University of Wales, Newport.
