Jake Zwayer

Jake Zwayer is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in welding and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Hobart Filler Metals since September 2021, Zwayer previously worked at Miller Electric Mfg. Co. from May 2014 to September 2021, holding the roles of Product Manager for industrial welder and generator product lines, as well as a Welding Engineer in the Welding Process & System Development Group at the ITW Welding Open Innovation Center. Educationally, Zwayer earned a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University (2009-2014).
