Stephanie Will

Stephanie Will is an accomplished engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in metallurgical quality assurance and product development. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineer at Hobart Filler Metals since May 2015, Stephanie focuses on metal core formulation. Previous roles include Principal Metallurgical Quality Assurance Engineer at TimkenSteel Corporation, where responsibilities involved managing orders with out-of-spec test results and overseeing thermal treatment processing parameters. Stephanie has also held multiple engineering positions at TimkenSteel, including Senior Metallurgical Engineer and Senior Metallurgical Development Engineer, along with various co-op positions at GE Aviation. Stephanie holds both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.
