Susan Fiore

Susan Fiore has over three decades of experience in welding engineering and management. Currently serving as the Advanced Applications Manager at Hobart Brothers since January 2012, Susan has previously held positions such as Weld Safety Manager at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Project Manager at EWI, overseeing various research and development projects for both commercial and government entities. At EWI, Susan also worked as a Senior Engineer, focusing on high-strength steel weld optimization and failure analyses. Prior roles include Manager of International Technical Service and Senior Applications Engineer at ESAB Welding and Cutting, and Development Engineer at Lincoln Electric. Susan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
