Andres Longares

Andres Longares is an experienced professional in the food science and product development sectors, currently serving as NPD Director Europe at Ornua Ingredients Europe since May 2017, with responsibilities that include managing NPD teams across the UK and Spain, overseeing the transfer of 15,000 tons of cheese from the Spanish factory to the UK factory, and acting as the main technical liaison for global Quick Service Restaurants.
