Sebastian Schaeffer

Sebastian Schaeffer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Hochland Group since October 2021, Sebastian previously held various leadership roles at Hero Group from January 2015 to September 2021, including Cluster General Manager Northern Europe and CEO of Semper AB. Prior to this, Sebastian was the General Manager at SCHWARTAUER WERKE GmbH & Co. KGaA from July 2012 to January 2015, following roles as Sales Director and Marketing Director within the same company from 2006 to 2012. Sebastian's educational background includes a Jurisprudence degree from the University of Hamburg and completion of the second state examination in law in Schleswig-Holstein.
