Jeroen van Rijn

Jeroen van Rijn is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and asset management, currently serving as a Tactical Asset Manager at Rijkswaterstaat since March 2024, focusing on the implementation of Asset Management 2.0. With extensive experience, Jeroen held multiple roles at HOCHTIEF Nederland, including Senior Technical Manager and Technical Manager, from March 2015 to the present. Prior positions include Technical Manager at SAAone, Inspector at Bouwtoets BV, and Civil Engineer roles at Nebest bv and Provincie Noord-Holland. Jeroen’s career began as a Structural Engineer at DHV and as a Constructor for Rijksgebouwendienst. Jeroen holds degrees in Concrete and Steel Structural Engineering from Hoger Technisch Instituut and Civil Engineering from HTS Alkmaar, complemented by additional educational achievements.
