Thomas Bürkel has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Thomas started their career in 1984 at AkzoNobel, where they held multiple positions including Leiter Ingenieurtechnik, Leiter Produktion, Leiter Technik, and Projektingenieur until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, Bürkel worked at Döhler as a Senior Technology Manager. Thomas then joined Bilfinger as a Site Manager from 2003 to 2006. Following that, Bürkel worked at AkzoNobel again as a Manufacturing Technology and Engineering Manager from 2006 to 2009. Thomas continued their career at Töpfer GmbH, first as a Betriebsleiter from 2010 to 2011 and then as Geschäftsführer from 2011 to 2016. Currently, Bürkel is the Head of Production at Hochwald Foods GmbH, where they have been working since 2017.
Thomas Bürkel attended Universität Karlsruhe from 1978 to 1984, where they pursued a degree in Chemieingenieurwesen. Thomas successfully completed the program and obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree.
