With experience in various roles at organizations such as Hockey Alberta, Shaw Charity Classic, Calgary Minor Soccer Association, and Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, Kara has been responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, developing operational processes, and producing and delegating sponsorship posts on social media platforms. Kara's education includes a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations from Mount Royal University.
