People, Culture, and Inclusion

The People, Culture, and Inclusion team at Hockey Canada is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive organizational culture. This team ensures equity, diversity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization, manages human resources functions, and initiates programs and policies that promote a welcoming environment for all staff and players. They play a key role in aligning the organization’s values with its operational practices to enhance overall employee and participant satisfaction.
