Kim White

Kim White is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Currently serving as a Generalist, Human Resources at Hockey Canada since April 2015, Kim White oversees full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policy development, and benefits administration for all staff across the organization. Prior experience includes a progressive career at Canadian Blood Services, where Kim White held various HR roles, culminating in the position of Senior Employee Support Representative, leading a team responsible for HR transactional functions and employee inquiries for over 1100 employees. Kim White holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Calgary.
