Carolyn Conley

Carolyn Conley currently serves as the Transportation Director at Hocking-Athens Perry Community Action, a position held since June 2018, after previously acting as the Transportation Services Coordinator for GoBus from June 2010 to June 2018. In these roles, Carolyn Conley oversees grant management and the daily operations of the GoBus Rural Intercity Bus Service. Prior experience includes working as a GIS Specialist at the Southern Alleghenies Planning and Development Commission from 2006 to 2007. Carolyn Conley holds a Master's degree in Geography from Ohio University (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown (1999-2004).
