Scott Winland

Scott Winland is a seasoned professional in the music industry with extensive experience in education and event promotion. Currently serving as the Program Manager and Lead Instructor at Hocking College School of Music since January 2012, Scott has also held the role of Coordinator and Lead Instructor at the same institution. Additionally, Scott has been active as a Promoter and Talent Buyer at The Union since June 1996, and has owned and operated Blackout Booking since January 1996. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Music Industry from West Virginia University, obtained in May 2023, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ohio University, and an Audio Engineering Certification from The Recording Workshop.
