Franklin P.

Franklin P. has over 20 years of work experience in the Information Technology field. Franklin began their career in 2001 as a Support/Data Manager at Turner Broadcasting. In 2003, they moved to Dolce International as a Support Specialist, Information Technology where they deployed a new help desk application, planned and executed a new VOIP telephone system, coordinated and configured an Intranet solution, and maintained network operations and software applications. In 2011, Franklin P. joined Club Quarters Hotels as a Manager, Information Technology, where they were responsible for 24 sites in all aspects of information systems, designed and executed an Aruba wireless project, and ensured appropriate security, patch management and virus scanning were deployed and functional. In 2014, they were hired as a Global Manager, Information Technology at Benchmark Resorts and Hotels, where they led the execution of assigned technology assets for a 2,600 user environment, directed the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes, and provided direct oversight of IT activities. In 2020, Franklin P. returned to HOCS Consulting Inc. as a Senior Team Lead, Information Technology, where they oversaw an onsite support team, reported and managed inventory for compliance, ensured technical escalations, monitored technicians dispatch calendar, and intervened with difficult or unusual issues. Franklin currently serves as a Technology Manager, Information Technology at HOCS Consulting Inc.

Franklin P. attended Iona University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachellor of Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended The College of Westchester from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Programming.
