Support Engineer at HOCS Consulting

William Gomez has a varied work experience, beginning in 2013 when they worked as an Infrastructure Manager at Universidad del Cauca. In 2016, they took on the role of Technical Support Engineer at Emtel S.A. E.S.P. William then moved on to Dave & Buster's Inc. in 2019, where they were a Support Technician. In 2020, they became a System Administrator at Catholic Health Services, where they were responsible for installing, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware, as well as data backup and recovery and maintaining operating systems, security tools, web-servers, emails, PCs, local and wide area networking. Currently, they are a Support Engineer at HOCS Consulting Inc.

William Gomez attended Universidad del Cauca from 2009 to 2014. William has obtained several certifications since then, including an edX Honor Code Certificate for Programming with C# in May 2015, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in July 2022, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) in December 2019, and an Understanding of Cisco Network Devices.
