Steve Faintich

Steve Faintich has a strong background in research and development and sales and marketing. Steve started their career as a process engineer at Cincinnati Milacron and later worked as an R&D engineer at Olin. Steve then joined PRIMEX TECHNOLOGIES as a sales manager before moving to Florida State University as an adjunct professor. In 1999, they joined General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems where they held various roles, including Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing and Sr. Director of Strategic Pursuits. During their time at General Dynamics, they were responsible for significant sales growth and leading capture efforts. Steve currently serves as the Vice President of Research and Development at Hodgdon Powder Company Inc.

Steve Faintich completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Economics at Northwestern University from 1981 to 1985. Steve later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida State University between 1990 and 1993.
