Charlie Ellaway

Charlie Ellaway has over six years of work experience in the field of human resources. Charlie began their career at 2 Sisters Food Group in 2015, where they worked as an HR Advisor for four years. In 2019, they joined Hodge and held various roles including People Services Advisor, People Services Business Partner, Senior People Services Business Partner, Interim Chief People Officer, and currently serves as the Chief People Officer.

Charlie Ellaway completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of South Wales from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Charlie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Drama from Bath Spa University.
