Cyrus Vazifdar

Cyrus Vazifdar has extensive work experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Cyrus is currently serving as the Managing Director at Hodges Ward Elliott, LLC. Since joining in June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at HFF as a Senior Director from September 2014 to May 2019 and as an Associate Director from July 2011 to September 2014. Cyrus also gained experience as an Analyst at Canyon Equity from November 2006 to August 2009. Cyrus began their career as a Summer Intern at Hospitality Development Solutions, LLC in May 2003, and later worked as a Summer Intern at Henkel Corporation from May 2004 to August 2005. Cyrus also had an internship at HVS in June 2010.

Cyrus Vazifdar pursued their education with dedication and determination. Cyrus began their academic journey in 2002 at Villanova University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. During their time at Villanova, they focused on the fields of Marketing and Finance, gaining a comprehensive understanding of these areas.

Building on their Bachelor's degree, Cyrus Vazifdar then pursued further education at the prestigious George Washington University School of Business. From 2009 to 2011, they immersed himself in an intensive program to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA). During their time at George Washington University, Cyrus specialized in Finance, Real Estate, and Hospitality, expanding their knowledge and skill set in these fields.
