Christine A. Bonaguide

Christine represents clients in complex domestic and international commercial transactions, including business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and business sales. She provides corporate and contracts law advice to companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, healthcare, professional services, and food and beverage. She frequently represents Canadian businesses with U.S. legal issues, such as expanding and operating their businesses in the United States. A significant portion of Christine’s practice involves legal issues facing family-owned and other closely held businesses, including succession planning, shareholder agreements, ownership transfers, and minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises.

Christine exclusively practices U.S. law and is admitted to practice in New York and Maryland.
