Emily J. Florczak

Emily is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice. She focuses her practice on commercial disputes, including contract litigation, intellectual property, and other business torts.

Emily is a member of the firm’s Antitrust, Trade Regulation & Anticorruption Practice. She assists clients with a variety of antitrust issues, including merger notifications and clearance, antitrust compliance, due diligence, government investigations, and Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) filings before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.

In addition, Emily performs work in the Food & Beverage Practice, where she helps clients with U.S. Department of Agriculture and Food and Drug Administration regulatory compliance.
