Fallon Martin

Fallon is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice, where she assists firm clients with business disputes that cover various areas of substantive law. Her practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, commercial disputes, products liability, and trade secret litigation. In addition, Fallon has experience in hemp and cannabis law.

Fallon served as an intern at the Erie County District Attorney’s Office in the Felony Trial Bureau.
