Krystal C. Daniels

Krystal is a member of the Real Estate and Finance Practice where she represents clients in various commercial and real estate matters, including banking and finance, public-private partnerships, real estate development and real estate leasing.

Krystal also is experienced in providing due diligence of large-scale, renewable energy projects, including wind and solar. In her representation of project developers, Krystal has negotiated site control documentation and crossing agreements, and reviewed title and title curatives.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Krystal was an associate for a large New York City law firm where she worked on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, developments, joint ventures, leases and financing.
