Meredith A. McCarthy

Meredith is a paralegal assisting attorneys in a wide-ranging and interdisciplinary set of corporate and trusts & estates matters. Prior to earning her paralegal status, Meredith worked at the firm as a legal secretary in the above practice areas for more than five years. She provides support on various aspects of estate and business succession planning, the formation and maintenance of U.S. corporations and limited liability companies, the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of U.S. not-for-profit entities, and the attainment and maintenance of tax-exempt status with the IRS and New York State. Meredith also assists with estate and trust administration matters, including the preparation of estate tax returns.
