Michael Clingan

Michael Clingan has a diverse work experience. Michael currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Hodos Health, a position they have held since December 2020.

Prior to their current role, Michael worked at The Claymore Group as a Principal. In this role, they provided companies with guidance and training to improve processes and implement Continuous Improvement programs. Michael also helped align organizational priorities and improve employee engagement, resulting in increased EBITDA and market expansion. Michael held this position since May 2006.

Before joining The Claymore Group, Michael founded Innovation Architects, LLC, a boutique ideation and process improvement firm. Using the Theory of Constraints (TOC), they assisted clients like Brush Wellman, Qwest, Countrywide, and THCM. Michael worked at Innovation Architects from 2001 to July 2006.

Michael also held the position of VP & Chancellor at the C-bridge Institute and the Theory of Constraints (TOC) Management Practice at C-bridge Internet Solutions. Michael led the institute's efforts in delivering training courses on innovation, change management, project management, TOC, and IT toolsets to clients such as HP, Oracle, the US Navy, and many more. Michael was with C-bridge Internet Solutions from 1999 to 2001.

Prior to their time at C-bridge Internet Solutions, Michael served as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Lucas Varity. Michael was responsible for leading the product, strategic marketing, and global sales efforts, achieving a consistent annual growth rate of at least 60%. Michael held this position from 1994 to 1999.

Michael Clingan has a Master's degree in Physics from the University of South Carolina. Michael also has a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Henderson State University, where they double majored in Physics and English and minored in Social Sciences and Math. Furthermore, they pursued additional certification in "Brad Feld on Validating Your Startup Idea" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in January 2019. Additionally, they studied Jonah's Jonah and External Constraints Analysis at the A. Goldratt Institute (Theory of Constraints).
