Tyrone Grandison

Tyrone Grandison has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tyrone is currently working at Microsoft as the CTO, Public Sector, Global Partner Solutions. Prior to that, they served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at the UC San Diego Office of Innovation and Commercialization.

Tyrone also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Technology, where they focused on teaching and research in computational computer science, with an emphasis on computer security and privacy.

Tyrone co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer and co-Founder at both Hodos Health and MStreetX.

In addition, Tyrone founded and served as the Board Chairman of The Data-Driven Institute, a non-profit organization that helps legislators and companies develop effective data-driven and technology-driven products, policies, and programs. Tyrone was a co-founder of woyhd.org, where they developed technologies to help consumers determine the privacy of their mobile healthcare apps.

Tyrone also served as a Presidential Innovation Fellow at the White House, focusing on developer relations, community building, and agile product management for federally-funded initiatives.

Tyrone Grandison's education history begins with their time at Jamaica College, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
