Trevor Lee

Trevor Lee is an accomplished architectural and development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Partner for Hoefer Welker in the Southeast Region, Trevor is instrumental in the firm's expansion into Florida. Prior to this, Trevor held multiple key positions, including Southeast Regional Health Principal at HDR and Senior Vice President at Gresham, Smith and Partners, where significant contributions included managing the Jacksonville office and leading the Corporate and Urban Design Studio. Additionally, Trevor was the Managing Partner at Nekoda, focusing on distressed asset management in Northeast Florida real estate, and served as the Director of Development at The Haskell Company. Trevor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
