Katrine Bratthall

Katrine Bratthall has extensive work experience in HR and managerial roles. Katrine most recently worked at Høegh LNG as the VP of HR and Internal Communications, where they were responsible for global HR activities and the HR team. Prior to that, they were a Senior HR Business Partner at Aker Solutions, contributing to organizational development through the selection and establishment of a global Front End organization. Katrine has also held HR Manager positions at Alstom Power, Ruukki AS, and Aibel AS. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior OD Officer at Vetco Aibel AS and as a Senior Engineer at ABB Offshore Systems AS. Katrine began their career as a Quality and Environmental Manager and later a Process Engineer at Ifö Sanitär AB.

Katrine Bratthall completed an MSc in Chemical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1987 to 1993. Katrine then pursued a degree in Management at BI Norwegian Business School from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an Eksamen Artium in Science from Tønsberg Gymnas from 1984 to 1987. In 2020, they also attended a program in Leading Organizations and Change at MIT Sloan School of Management.
