Maria Thompson

Maria Thompson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction and development sectors. Currently serving as President of Hoffman & Associates since June 2021, Maria is responsible for providing leadership and strategic vision to drive company growth. Previously, Maria held various key positions at Balfour Beatty US, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Development and Construction, as well as Vice President of Acquisitions at Clark Construction Group. Maria began their career as a Project Manager at Clark Construction Group. Academically, Maria holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University.
