Michael Repka

Michael Repka has extensive experience in quality management and architectural operations, currently serving as a Quality Manager at Hoffman Construction Company since June 2007. In this role, Michael focuses on pre-construction phase documentation review to address constructability concerns and manages quality installation programs at job sites. Prior to this, Michael was a Project Quality Control Manager, overseeing quality control for subcontractors and ensuring compliance with approved plans and contract documents. From January 2005 to June 2007, Michael held the position of Partner/Operations Manager at Belay Architecture, where responsibilities included financial management, project management, and developing quality standard procedures. Michael's career in architecture began at Merritt+Pardini Architects and Krei Architecture, where progress was made from Designer/Detailer to Project Manager, managing overall project design, quality, documentation, and budgets. Michael earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University, completing studies in 1996.
