Matthew Darga is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in Facility and Property Management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Hoffman Manufacturing Corp since January 2024, and as Principal at Power 10 Consulting since September 2019, Matthew specializes in delivering innovative solutions and managing complex projects. Previous roles include Director of Facilities & Sustainability at Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, and Assistant Sales Director at multiple firms, including NCI-Roberts Construction, JG Development, and National Construction, all focused on community-oriented building projects. Matthew also held significant positions at Urban Land Interests, where responsibilities included improving income and managing property operations, and at Trek Bicycle Corporation, overseeing global planning for manufacturing and facilities. Matthew's leadership experience extends to serving as President of the International Facility Management Association - Madison Chapter, and holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
