Ricardo Anzola has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ricardo started their career as an Office Worker/Data Handler at BANCO GENERAL, where they ensured data accuracy through Oracle-based programs and SQL coding. In 2013, they worked as a Brand Researcher at Phocus Branding, conducting research and creating marketing strategies for clients such as BMW-Panama and Agencias Motta. Ricardo then joined Hoffman York as a Media Planner, managing information databases and report creation for the agency's transition to the new platform. Ricardo later served as an Account Executive at Star Holding*, where they acquired and managed accounts for companies like IMAX Theaters and Adidas LATAM. Ricardo's role also involved collaborating with external agencies to meet client demands. At Kantar Millward Brown, Ricardo worked as a Research Executive, constructing research study proposals for clients across Latin America, including Microsoft, Loreal, and McDonald's. Ricardo then joined Octane Fitness as a Customer Service Specialist, analyzing and resolving system inefficiencies and leading training programs for new employees. Currently, Ricardo is working at Hoffman York as an Assistant Media Planner.

Ricardo Anzola obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising at Marquette University between 2011 and 2015. For their high school education, they hold a Highschool Diploma from Colegio Brader, which they attained from 2001 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "Teads Ad Manager Fundamentals – Live Certification" and "Teads Ad Manager Master – Live Certification" from Teads Academy in March 2023, as well as "UX Design: From Concept to Wireframe" from the University of Michigan in February 2018.
