Matt Whiat is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as President at Hoffmann Brothers since February 2024, Matt Whiat focuses on enhancing lives through exceptional service. As a Founding and Senior Partner at Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute since June 2015, Matt Whiat specializes in customized training and consulting for organizations. Previous roles include Director of Outreach Programs at Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc., where Matt Whiat contributed to culture and leadership training initiatives, and a lengthy tenure as an Officer in the United States Air Force. Matt Whiat holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in International Relations from Troy University, and two Bachelor’s degrees from Southern Illinois University in Industrial Engineering Technology and Engineering/Industrial Management.
