Kathy Golden, CPA, MST, currently serves as Tax Director at Hoffmaster Group, Inc., since April 2021. Previously, Kathy held the position of Domestic Tax Manager/Tax Planning Manager at Modine Manufacturing Company, where responsibilities included directing the domestic tax function for a $2 billion revenue company. Prior experience includes serving as Tax Manager at Brady Corporation, managing the domestic tax function, and Tax Manager at HK Systems, Inc., where Kathy established the in-house tax function and implemented tax compliance software. Earlier in the career, Kathy worked as a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing income tax compliance assignments. Kathy holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
