Raquel Crespo-García

Raquel Crespo-García has extensive experience in human resources management and strategic leadership. Raquel is currently the Director of Human Resources and Continuous Improvement at Hoff's Bakery, where they oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and career development. Prior to that, Raquel worked as the Global Human Resources Director at Altair Management Consultants, where they drove critical human capital initiatives, employee engagement, and workforce management across multiple geographies. Raquel also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Altair, focusing on defining corporate values, hiring top talent, and creating support systems for employee success. Raquel began their career as a Human Resources Consultant at North Link and later worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

Raquel Crespo-García holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, completed in 1999. In 2000, they participated in the Sponsorship Program by Arthur Andersen Corp. at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Raquel then pursued a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2001. Raquel later attended IESE Business School for a focused program in Leadership and People Management, completed in 2009. Raquel also obtained additional certifications such as Talent Q from Korn Ferry in 2012, DISC Personality Profile from Barna Consulting Group in 2006, Belbin Team Role Inventory test from Belbin Team Roles in 2002, and Emotional Quotient Map (EQ-Map) from Essi Systems, Inc. in 2002.
