Fabian Elsässer

Fabian Elsässer has a diverse work experience. Fabian started their career at Coperion as a student in Electrical Engineering from October 2006 to September 2009. Fabian then worked at groninger & co. gmbh as a Software Developer for SCADA-Systems from October 2009 to September 2011. Later, they became a Team Leader for SCADA-Systems at the same company from an unknown date until September 2013. Fabian then joined Harro Höfliger Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH as a Department Leader for HMI/SCADA-Systems from October 2013 to September 2017. Fabian then took on the role of Director Central Electrical and Software Engineering from January 2017 to June 2019. Currently, they are the Director Engineering and Technical Services (Prokurist) at Harro Höfliger Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH. Additionally, they have recently joined PYNR by Harro as a Pionier (Prokurist) from April 2022. PYNR is a corporate startup that develops digital solutions tailored to the pharmaceutical industry's needs to improve quality, transparency, and efficiency in industrial processes.

Fabian Elsässer completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Elektrotechnik (Automatisierungstechnik) from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in the years 2006 to 2009. Later, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued and achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management & Sales from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten.
