Jim Bernacchi

Jim Bernacchi possesses extensive experience in operational leadership within the hospitality and restaurant industries. As Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Hofman Hospitality Group from March 2020 to September 2022, Jim played a pivotal role in strategic management. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Operations at Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, where Jim opened 15 out of 24 locations and achieved year-over-year revenue growth. Jim also held positions as a District Manager at Jamba Juice, overseeing territory expansion, and as a Regional Manager at Landry's Restaurants, where significant operational efficiencies were realized. Early career experience includes directing operations for Chart House Restaurant, Inc., generating substantial sales while focusing on manager recruitment and development. Jim holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Eastern New Mexico University.
