Lars Kerstens

Lars Kerstens has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lars spent several years at HOFOR, where they held various leadership positions, including Head of Energy Trading and Head of Short Term Trading and Support & Analysis. Prior to their time at HOFOR, Lars worked at DONG Energy, where they served as the Head of Back Office Development and Support, Head of Back Office Contract Services, and Head of Back Office Gas & Oil. Lars also worked at Rockwool International A/S as an Investment Controller and Efficiency Consultant, and at ROCKWOOL UK as a Project Co-ordinator. Lars began their career at Statoil A/S as an Administrative Assistant.

Lars Kerstens obtained a Business Diploma in International Trade and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Lars has acquired several certifications in various fields. Lars obtained the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2020. Prior to that, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation CPD certification from the same institution in August 2019. In June 2019, Lars received the PROSCI Change Management Practitioner (ADKAR) certification from HUMAN UNIVERZ. Lars also holds the Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master certification and the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification, both obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2018. Other certifications include the Change Management Foundation certification from APMG International in May 2018, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2020.
