Cathleen Sweeney

Cathleen Sweeney has a diverse work history starting as a Summer Student Aide in the Hofstra University Political Science Department in 2014. Cathleen then transitioned to roles such as Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Office Assistant at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. In 2017, they joined The Metropolitan Museum of Art before returning to Hofstra as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions Operations. Currently, Cathleen is the Associate Director of Operations at Hofstra University, overseeing operational processes and utilizing their experience with data software to support enrollment objectives. Their experience also includes marketing and event planning internships, showcasing their versatility in administrative roles.

Cathleen Sweeney attended H. Frank Carey High School from 2007 to 2013. Cathleen then went on to study at Hofstra University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a Marketing Major and an Irish Studies Minor. In 2016, they studied abroad at the University of Galway, focusing on Irish Studies.
