Sean Smith

Sean Smith serves as the Director of Men's Basketball Operations at Hofstra University since August 2017, where responsibilities include enhancing recruitment efforts through the use of Photoshop and iMovie, alongside assisting with logistical planning for team activities. Previously, Sean held the role of Director of Basketball Operations and Video Coordinator at IMPACT Basketball, managing daily schedules and coaching high school players. Additional experience includes serving as Camp Supervisor at Chris Mullin Basketball Camp, Men's Basketball Head Manager at St. John's University, Basketball Coach at Steve Lavin Basketball Camp, and Liaison during the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Educational credentials encompass a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from St. John's University and a Master of Business Administration with dual focus in Sport Management and Marketing from Hofstra University.
