Laura Alarcon

Laura Alarcon is a seasoned professional in project management and customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Poppulo since September 2021, having previously held the role of Customer Success Associate. Prior to Poppulo, Laura worked at Tempus Labs, Inc. from October 2018 to April 2021, where roles included Partner Operations Lead and Assistant Project Manager, focusing on project management and client communication in the genetic analysis field. Early experience includes positions at The Coca-Cola Company as a Scientist I and Assistant Scientist, and as a Global Neurophysiologist at Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience. Laura's academic background includes a B.Sc. in Neuroscience and Behavior Biology from Emory University, complemented by extensive research experience in various neuroscience labs.
