Alex Aber

Alex Aber focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. He has extensive experience representing public and private company buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and other strategic business transactions.

Alex has been recognized for his M&A work by Chambers USA, IFLR1000, Legal 500 US, and The M&A Advisor in its 5th annual 40 Under 40 awards program.

Alex also advises founders and management of - and investors in - early-stage and mature technology and life science companies on a broad range of matters including corporate governance, equity and debt financing transactions, technology licensing, and joint ventures.

Alex currently serves as Co-Chair of the M&A Committee of the Business Transaction Section of the Boston Bar Association.
